RCD-1431 (RCD1431) Heavy Duty Manual Sealer for 1 1/4 in. steel strapping. Side Action .029 to .031 in. Operated by pushing top handle down while lower handle rests against flat surface of item being strapped. For heavy tensile strength. Create a strong, secure seal by notching seals into tensioned strapping. Outer edges of strapping and seals are notched by turning tabs down (Regular) or up (Reverse). Designed for either flat or round surfaces. Steel construction.
